  • In Person Sessions: In person training sessions are conducted strictly at Gun Lake Gym.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text frameworks, website copy decks, custom workout layouts, downloadable guides, graphics, logos, and digital frameworks is the exclusive property of Trim Fit Coaching. You are granted a personal, non transferable license to use the materials provided in your programs for your own personal fitness journey. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share our proprietary programs or website content with others without explicit written permission.

3. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Payment Terms: Payment for digital shop items, training packages, or recurring coaching memberships must be paid in full prior to the start of services or digital asset delivery.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you enroll in a monthly recurring coaching program, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting us directly. To avoid being billed for the subsequent month, cancellation requests must be processed before your next automatic billing cycle.

4. Professional Conduct and Account Safety

We are committed to maintaining a supportive, safe, and positive coaching environment. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services or restrict access to our digital client spaces, without a refund, if a user engages in disruptive behavior, harassment, or attempts to compromise the security of our web platform.

As the fitness landscape and modern technology evolve, we may occasionally update our website layouts, modify shop inventory, or adjust our coaching structures. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
